3. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services during your subscription period.

You agree NOT to:

4. Google Business Profile & Third-Party Access

By using our services, you authorize sholoc.com to access and manage your Google Business Profile and other third-party listings on your behalf.

You acknowledge:

  2. We act only as an authorized manager
  3. You are responsible for compliance with Google’s policies

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate content, including posts, videos, and responses.

You acknowledge:

  1. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  2. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content
  3. sholoc.com is not liable for content outcomes or performance

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or business outcomes. Search engine performance is influenced by many factors outside our control.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

  1. All payments are non-refundable
  2. Subscriptions renew automatically
  3. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle

8. Intellectual Property

All technology, systems, and software provided by sholoc.com remain our property.

You retain ownership of your business content and data.

9. Data Usage

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services. Your personal or business data will not be sold.

10. Limitation of Liability
